VitalBreath Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vital Breath, a breathwork and mindfulness platform developed by Vital 8 LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Vital Breath web or mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview Vital Breath provides guided breathwork exercises, educational content, and tracking features designed to support relaxation and well-being. The App is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any new breathwork or wellness routine.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Vital Breath. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts Creating an account may be required to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Premium Access Vital Breath offers both free and Premium (paid) features: ● Free users have limited access to selected breath techniques. ● Premium users gain access to all techniques, analytics, and future updates. Premium subscriptions are managed through Stripe (for web) or the relevant app-store billing system (for mobile). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.

5. Billing & Cancellations All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. ● Web subscriptions: Managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting vital8team@gmail.com ● App Store subscriptions: Managed through your Apple or Google account settings. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. Access remains active until the end of your current paid period.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer Breathwork may influence heart rate, blood pressure, or emotional state. Do not practice while driving, swimming, or operating heavy machinery. If you experience dizziness, fainting, or discomfort, stop immediately and consult a qualified health professional.

7. Intellectual Property All content, visuals, soundscapes, and materials within Vital Breath are the intellectual property of Vital 8 LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Vital 8 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Modifications We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
